Policies
Contract
All clients are required to sign a contract before I begin working on projects.
Payments and Refunds
All payments are invoiced via PayPal and must be paid up front in order to secure a place on my schedule for your project. Every portion of each project I work on related to you and your business, including telephone calls, e-mails, texts and online meetings, are billable toward the package hours you purchase. The initial get-to-know you e-mails are complimentary and are not billable toward your purchased hours. Due to the nature of my work, there are no refunds. I work to ensure that my clients are happy and satisfied with my work. If you are unsatisfied, please contact me so we can discuss how to improve and move forward in our work relationship.
Lead Time and Deadlines
New client projects and tasks require a seven-day lead time. This lead time may be shorter or longer, depending on my schedule. I will notify you when this is the case. I must receive both your payment and a signed contract before I can secure a place on my schedule for your project.
I strive to return all e-mails and other messages within 48 hours.
I will complete all projects and tasks according to the schedule I discuss and agreed to with my clients.
I cannot accommodate emergency projects.
Communication
All communication with clients will be conducted online via e-mail. If clients would like to have online meetings or telephone conference calls, clients must request an appointment via e-mail at least 24 hours prior to the desired meeting date and time.
Terminating Our Working Relationship
Clients may end our working relationship at any time, even if all of the purchased hours have not been used. If I decide to end our working relationship, I will notify you via e-mail and will complete the hours you purchased.
